  4. Nel frattempo preparare la pastella: in una ciotola versare la farina, l’uovo e l’acqua gelata e mescolare gli ingredienti con una frusta a mano, dipendendo dall’assorbimento della farina usata aggiungere ancora acqua.
  5. Tuffare le palline di gelato ricoperte di pan di spagna congelate nella pastella e poi friggerle nell’olio caldo fino a doratura della superficie, attenzione a non esagerare per evitare che si sciolga in gelato..
  6. Servire il Gelato Fritto con una spolverata di zucchero a velo e qualche fragolina tagliata a pezzetti.
