  1. Mettete l'acqua in un pentolino con un cucchiaio di zucchero e portate sul fuoco a fiamma bassa, mescolando di tanto in tanto. Occorrerà solo qualche minuto. Dopodiché montate i tuorli con la soluzione di acqua e zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso..
  2. Aggiungete il restante zucchero ed il mascarpone. A parte montate la panna ed incorporatela alla crema di mascarpone..
  3. Disponete uno strato di crema su una teglia, poi uno di savoiardi bagnati nel caffè e continuate con la crema, i savoiardi ed altra crema..
  4. Coprite la teglia con la pellicola e ponete in frigo per almeno un paio d'ore. Al momento di servire spolverizzate di cacao a vostro piacimento..
